The Horse You Came in On
This waterfront tavern has been a local favorite since the 1700s. It was, and still is, a favorite haunt of Edgar Allea Poe’s. Max’s Taphouse
Fell’s Point had a reputation as a place where a visiting sailor could find a hot meal, a warm bed, and plenty of female company for the right price. Keep your eye on the balcony of this former brothel to catch a glimpse of the misty figure of one of the women still trying to lure passersby in to join her. But it’s the basement ghost that’s especially odd.
Admiral Fell Inn
